NOTE: please note that cash payouts will be proportionate to the # of signups overall to the competition. The above numbers are based on a full competition roster (which is expected)

Registration Information

• It is now possible to sign up for a SINGLE DAY! 
  • Day 1 is a practice day, signup for which is $100 accross the board.
  • Day 2 is competition day and so entrance is still priced the same as if registration was for both days due to the Cash and Sponsor Prizes. If you want to only compete in Day 2, then register both days and only show up on the 2nd day, don't worry you will still be elligible to compete for all cash and sponsor prizes!!!
• You may sign up for both Grip AND Drift, however you must purchase two registrations *discount for dual registration. See pricing for details. 
• You may NOT enter BOTH Advanced AND Intermediate in the SAME category (ex. intermediate and advanced Grip). 
• IMPORTANT: 4WD/AWD vehicles are REQUIRED to enter Advanced Class ONLY.
• Convertible vehicles are required to have full rollover protection (this means roll bar and full roll cage) for the event. 
• All registrations are non-refundable
• All registered drivers must have a valid photo ID for check-in at the competition

Tech Inspection Criteria

• Securely fastened seats, seat belts, windshield, doors, and batteries
• Battery terminals (both positive and negative) must be covered or at least have tape covering terminal leads
• Wheels must be torqued to 85 ft/lbs
• Absolutely no leads whatsoever of any fluids
• Cooling system may NOT have any glycol (coolant) and can only run distilled water and Redline WatterWetter *service can be provided by Machine Tune at a discounted flat rate of $100 (includes parts and labor)
• No loose items in trunk area, everything must be either securely strapped in or removed
• Helmets can be either open or close faced, but MUST be SNELL approved
• Signups for the Intermediate classes MUST use street legal tires. Advanced classes are free to use whichever tires they wish

Machine Tune will offer a 10% discount on labor up to 2 weeks prior to the event, to those who register and are fully paid

Additional Event Information

• HD HERO2 Motorsports Edition will be available for rentail at a rate of $25/5laps. We will compile and send you your raw footage in High Definition 1080p. NOTE: Thorough Concepts, LLC reserves the right to use all footage as it sees fit
• Limited in-car instruction is available on a first-come first-served basis
• It is recommended that drivers bring an extra set of wheels and tires
• Pit space will be assigned and limited (10ftX15ft). Can only bring 10ftX15ft easy-ups for pit space

Camping

• YES, camping is permitted in the appropriate areas. This is dry camping which means no running water/electricity, you will have access to porta-potties
• NO ALCOHOL is permitted on Willow Springs International Raceway's premises
• NO LITTERING, please be sure to pick up your trash. If this becomes an issue Willow Springs has informed us of their right to cancel the second day of the competition so don't ruin it for everybody!
• You are allowed to bring cooking equipment, but all fires must be contained. This means in a grill or other metal container. So for ex. DO NOT make a circle of rocks and put a fire in it.
